Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £4.00 for all UK orders.

Free delivery on all orders of £60.00 and above for UK orders only. 

All items (depending on order size) are shipped using Royal Mail or Courier, both services will require a signature.

Please allow 4 working days for UK deliveries.

If you haven't received your order within these delivery time frames please contact us.


European Delivery 

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £7 for all European orders

Our standard European service is with Royal Mail, we may use a Courier on larger orders.

Please allow up to 7 working days for European Deliveries. 


International Delivery

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £10.00 for all International orders.

Our standard International/Rest Of The World service is Royal Mail, however we may use a courier on larger orders.

Please allow up to 10 working days for international delivery.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges. 



So, you have received your item and you want to return it? No problem!

You can return any item (excluding jewellery, swimwear & underwear) you are not completely happy with for a refund within 10 days of receiving them.

Simply fill in the Return Form

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). We also cannot refund the excess cost of parcels returned to us via courier or next day delivery.


All returned items are checked by us, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if returns do not meet the following criteria :


*All original tags must be attached

*All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out and received

*All items have not been worn

*All items are free of any odours

*All items must be in saleable condition


We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.


Faulty Goods 

As we clearly state, our items are vintage and pre worn over many years and may often have wear and damage due to their age. We take extra care in describing and photographing items to ensure that we give an accurate representation. As such we will not be responsible for the cost of the return postage if the item is being returned for a fault that was described or photographed accurately in the product description.
